Struggle.

I keep hearing that word.

Do better, Push harder, Be more. Smile while you’re dying inside.

Do you hear it too??

Is it eating you alive, draining your energy, and your life force until there is nothing more to give?

Listen for the whisper. It’s there.

Struggle is good. It helps you grow. It keeps you feeling like we are moving the needle. It makes you feel important.

It makes you feel ALIVE.

I call Bullshit on all of it.

Those voices in your head are lying to you. They’re laughing at you as they tear you down and destroy your soul. They make you feel like you don’t deserve it unless you pay- and pay dearly.

Struggling is a choice.

It’s a belief. It’s also a gun to your head ready to blow your brains out.

We struggle because we hear those voices telling us we have to earn our way.

But what about grace?

What about having faith that everything happens at the right timing?

What if everything happened for our good and not to harm us or teach from pain?

What if we were on this planet to just have some fun, live in a flow, and love the shit out of everyone we meet?

Do you really want to stay stuck in struggle or are you ready to trash the idea and FINALLY move on with your life?

I’m over it. My clients are over it. I hope to God you are over it too.

Life is hard if you believe it needs to be that way.

But it doesn’t have to be.

You can change your beliefs.

You can become the person your soul wants you to be regardless of your circumstances.

YOU are the Master of your own energy.

Change is imminent and it’s coming if you want it or now. You have the power to decide how you are going to respond so why not work it to your benefit.

Pay attention to your thoughts – they are either filling you up or destroying you. The choice (and it is a choice) is yours.

Let’s shift together and bring some much-needed light to this planet.

  2. Pick a category to start and JUMP IN!
  3. Choose meditation and commit to doing it daily, even when you don’t feel like it.
  4. Ask our team any questions no matter how silly you think they are. Click the bottom toolbar and look for the envelope icon in the top right corner.
  5. Take a course. If you are a member (and why wouldn’t you be – it’s free) many of them are free and stay tuned because we add and change them all the time
  6. Sign up for the bi-monthly group clearing sessions with Lisa. Miracles can happen when you clear your stuff. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose but the junk in your trunk.
  7. Feel the love. You are very loved by your tribe and your higher power. We got you!
  8. Know that you are taking your first steps to heal. Honor yourself for showing up for you. It’s about time : )
