My name is Lisa Douthit and as an Integrative Health Coach and a patient, I’ve worked with hundreds of people (and myself) to pull away the fear and judgement we all feel inside to reveal our truest selves. Now it’s your turn to make the necessary changes to create a life you love.
In my three week workshop, I will show you practical tools you can incorporate into your life right away to get you feeling better fast. I like to keep it simple, so I am breaking it down like this:
Week 1 – Mind
We all have preconceived ideas of where, who, what we SHOULD be at each stage in our life. It’s really frustrating when you can’t achieve your goals because your body says, “Nope, not gonna happen”. In this module you will learn how to release those “shoulda, woulda, coulda’s” and shift your perception of who you were meant to be versus who you think you should be.
This is for you if:
- You’re tired of only getting your ‘to do’ list half done (or less)
- You’re angry at your body or mind for failing you
- You’re judging yourself for not being ‘normal’ like everyone else
- You’re starting to feel like life is passing you by and there is nothing you can do about it
Week 2 – Body
This is our practical week. We will look at how inflammatory foods affect your health and what you can substitute to honor your bodies while never depriving yourself of delicious meals. Also, we will look at exercise and what things you can do no matter where you are in your physical bodies.

Week 3 – Soul
Many believe that our soul holds our purpose in life. We will uncover what your soul’s purpose is and how to release the fear that can prevent you from achieving it. Also, we will look at letting go of control and embracing the ultimate “F” word. Faith.
