For many, sleep can be kind of an elusive concept.
When my mind is racing over the millions of things that happened during my day, I can have trouble falling asleep.
Just as often, at the end of a long day, I can look at my bed and my eyes are half closed already. The problem I have on those nights is staying asleep.
Inevitably, I wake up between 2:00 and 4:00 am. Usually, I’m either sweating (because menopause is not my friend), or God forbid thinking. Sometimes, it can take hours to slip back into a deep sleep.
Thank goodness for essential oils.
This is great. I have had a lot of luck with lavender and valerian, but it’s always good to have other options if one of those quits working.
